Please note, we are unable to process refunds for any reason, we can only allow size exchanges at this time. Color / Different Item Exchange is NOT ALLOWED.
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange the size, please contact us by email at email@example.com to request an exchange within (7) days of receiving the item.

(1) Self Exchange
Customers can come to our office to make exchange. This is the faster way to get the exchange item.

Opening Hours: Mondays – Fridays 9am-6pm; Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
(2) Send back by mail
Otherwise, customers are required to send the original item back to us first (attached with return stamp) and as soon as we receive it then we will send the replacement item.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to know how much should customer pay for the stamp.
