I have not received my item?
Singpost normal mail is free but come without a tracking number so we unable to check the shipping status. If you didn’t receive your items after 12 working days, please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registered mail/ Air mail comes with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent to your email. You may visit http://www.singpost.com/ to track your parcel. For overseas parcels, please key in your tracking number at http://www.speedpost.com.sg/ track & trace.
I have missing item in my order?
Your order may be sent separately. Hence, do check your email inbox for any notification from us. In the event that you do not receive any notification from us, kindly contact us email@example.com and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
I received a defected/incorrect item?
We apologise if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org about it and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that small washable stains, fixable loose threads, minor colour differences and creases are not considered defects.
What is your return and refund policy?
Please note, we are unable to process refunds for any reason, we can only allow size exchanges at this time.
How do I make an exchange?
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange the size, please contact us by email at email@example.com to request an exchange within (7) days of receiving the item. For size exchange, customers can come to our office to make exchange. Otherwise, customers are required to send the original item back to us first (attached with return stamp) and as soon as we receive it then we will send the replacement item. Color / Different Item Exchange is NOT ALLOWED.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Soon Soon newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release a new color / product.

How do I take care of cotton garment?
The shrinking of cotton clothes generally occurs in the drying process only. This drying process also has to have a heat source like a gas or electric dryer.
The best method to avoid cotton shrinkage is washing the garment in cold water & tumble dry low. 100% cotton is the most prone to shrinkage. Reminder: Wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
